Shipping Time
• Items purchased from us will be delivered to your doorstep within approximately 7-10 business days.
• We will choose the express delivery service DealerSend.
We will select the fastest express delivery to your country based on efficiency. Please keep your phone accessible during this period and be attentive to receiving your package.
Shipping Instructions
• We ship from Hong Kong.
• We will pack all items and ensure they are not damaged during transit.
• No additional charges are incurred apart from the order itself. However, some countries may require customs clearance fees. Please do not worry, as the customs clearance fees are not high due to the low invoice amount. Customs clearance fees should be paid by the recipient.
• Additionally, we will provide customs clearance assistance for large customers and bulk shipments.
Warranty Policy
We offer a one-year warranty for all products (the warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the TV box).
Within 12 months of receiving the goods, upon providing the Mac address and confirming with our after-sales team that it is an initial hardware failure of the device, we will provide a one-to-one replacement service.
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items beyond the warranty period.
• Items that have been washed, used (APP downloaded), had labels removed, or been misused.
• Unauthorized disassembly of the TV box.
• EVPAD purchased from other dealers or sellers. (Please purchase the TV box from our official global store).
Refund Policy
We are committed to doing our best to resolve issues for our customers. We reserve the right to accept or reject any refunds and exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Due to the longer transaction time for bank refunds, refund processing and completion will take 3-25 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. Possible reasons include potential security compromises, fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing, or non-payment.
Full and Partial Refunds
Full Refunds
We offer full refunds for any items found to be defective or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused by third-party fault or the customer's own fault is not eligible for a refund.
All returned items must be in new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refunds for returned items missing some original parts. In this case, the customer will receive a partial refund.
If the item is deemed damaged, stained, deformed upon receipt, or if you return the item without notifying us, you will only receive a partial refund.
