Can I add items to the shopping cart for reservation?

To reserve an item, you need to complete the purchase process. Adding an item to your cart without completing the purchase process does not constitute a reservation.

What steps should I follow to complete an order?

After adding all desired items to your shopping cart, the next step is to process the order and make payment. Please follow the steps of the checkout process, filling in or verifying the required information at each step. To complete your order, you must first enter your zip code to view shipping options. Then, you must enter your delivery address details. Finally, complete the payment. During the purchasing process, you can go back and modify your order details before making payment.

My payment was canceled. What could be the reason?

If your payment was cancelled, it might be due to the item being out of stock or an error with your payment method. To resolve potential payment errors, please ensure your billing address matches the information associated with your payment method. If the payment is still cancelled, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Can I change the delivery address after submitting the order?

Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. Once an order is generated, it is immediately sent to the fulfillment center, and the shipping address cannot be changed thereafter. If your package cannot be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse. Once the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned package, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

You can view your order invoice by logging into "My B&O" and clicking on "My Orders." You will also receive a copy of your invoice in your shipping confirmation email.
