1.1 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Customers can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order. For a full refund, please meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- For confirmed product defects or faulty products, we will cover all return shipping costs.
1.2 Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once we confirm that the package has not yet been dispatched, your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours.
1.3 Returns Due to Address or Delivery Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package (for reasons unrelated to product issues), we will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned package. If the return is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not cover the return shipping costs, and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
